Join our dynamic R&D Team to own high-scale features end-to-end across our FinOps platform and AWS billing engine.

This is not a traditional coding role. You will generate the vast majority of your production code with AI, applying deep technical judgment to guide the model, critique its output, and ship high-quality, maintainable solutions. Your value comes from technical depth in architecture, performance, security, and long-term maintainability.

Work with Node.js/TypeScript using NestJS, Fastify, and Prisma ORM, plus React with TanStack, TipTap, Material UI, Untitled UI, and PostgreSQL. Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer shipping production systems
Deep expertise in the TypeScript full-stack ecosystem, specifically NestJS and React, and experience with microservices architectures
Strong experience with Prisma ORM + PostgreSQL
Proven ability to translate complex, ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical specs and actionable work, and to challenge requirements when there's a better solution
AI-first mindset, default to AI for code generation with technical depth to guide it, understand every line produced
Strong debugging skills and a serious approach to unit testing
Excellent problem-solving skills and a bias toward action and unblocking
Fluent written and verbal English

Responsibilities

Own features end-to-end from vague stakeholder ask to production deployment, including discovery, design, implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration
Refine requirements proactively using the Value, Usability, Feasibility, Viability (VUFV) framework, push back on weak requirements, and propose better solutions
Generate code with AI (Claude Opus 4.7 in Cursor), direct the model, review output with a senior engineer's eye, and own architecture, performance, security, and maintainability
Continuously level up your AI workflow, stay current with new models, tools, and techniques, and bring the best into the team
Solve deep technical problems across FinOps processes and AWS billing calculations
Write scalable, maintainable, well-tested, and well-documented code, create and maintain system design and implementation docs
Implement and support unit tests as a first-class part of delivery
