You will organize and administer classroom seminars, workshops, and e-learning sessions. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Learning & Training inquiries from employees, managers, and HR in Germany. Ensure efficient service delivery aligned with company policies and German specifics.
Perform proactive stakeholder management with local and global training communities. Support knowledge management and preparation of quality reports. Drive continuous improvement for stakeholder experience and process enhancements.

Requirements
- Structured approach, ability to set priorities, and professionally handle customer inquiries
- High service delivery attitude and ability to persuade with good communication skills
- Team player with strong social skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office package and willingness to develop digital skills (Power BI, Power Automate)
- 1-2 years of professional experience beneficial in HR administration or HR Shared Services
- Knowledge of SAP and experience in L&T administration beneficial
- German minimum B2 (Must)
- English minimum (Must)
Responsibilities
- Organize and administer classroom seminars, workshops, and e-learning sessions
- Act as first point of contact for employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and local HR departments in Germany for Learning & Training queries
- Ensure efficient Learning & Training service delivery according to company policies, standards, and German local specifics
- Perform proactive stakeholder management with the local and global training community
- Support development, maintenance, and improvement of detailed knowledge management of processes and interfaces
- Support preparation of reports for quality management and HR process-specific reporting
- Drive continuous improvement for stakeholder experience, quality standards, and process enhancements, participate in projects
