Serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for clients and internal teams. Ensure brand strategy drives sharper positioning, stronger audience connection, more effective creative work, and measurable business impact. Bring clarity to complexity and align teams around a shared strategic vision.

Our flexible approach allows global teams to work in-office or at home based on team and client need. Major city hubs in New York and Washington, D.C., serve as collaboration hubs. Homeworkers receive dedicated social opportunities and resources.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in shaping brand positioning and strategic foundations
  • Experience leading brand strategy for healthcare or life sciences clients
  • Strong skills in defining messaging architecture and competitive strategies
  • Ability to facilitate client workshops and strategic presentations
  • Track record of driving measurable business impact through brand strategy
  • Proficiency in uncovering differentiation and audience insights
  • Leadership in aligning cross-functional teams on strategic vision
  • Capability to translate complex insights into actionable brand work

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end brand strategy across key accounts, owning direction, quality of output, and overall impact
  • Define brand, go-to-market, and creative strategy, including positioning, messaging architecture, competitive strategy, and strategic foundations
  • Lead client workshops, strategic discussions, presentations, and day-to-day interactions
  • Uncover brands' sharpest point of differentiation
  • Connect brands more meaningfully with audiences
  • Create a clear path for long-term growth
  • Turn insight into work that moves the brand forward
  • Align teams around a shared strategic vision
