About this role

As a Senior CX/UX Designer, you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process. Work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and lead user research initiatives. Collaborate across teams with deep understanding of user-centered design principles to deliver exceptional user experiences.

In the Pharmacy, Health & Technology business unit, design software that solves real-world problems for inpatient clinicians like pharmacists and infection preventionists. Engage closely with stakeholders from product and engineering teams. Move ideas through research, design, requirements, and executed solutions with customers.

Join our top-notch generalist design team that enjoys all facets of the design process, particularly the deep complexity of healthcare. Experience with enterprise SAAS products sets you apart. Also valuable: healthcare workflows, product creation, health IT frameworks, or multi-user workflows with complex data sets.

Mentor junior team members and drive iterative processes based on user feedback. Present and defend design decisions grounded in research and best practices. Ensure all work adheres to accessibility standards and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience working with enterprise SAAS products
  • Experience with healthcare workflows, product creation, or health IT technical frameworks
  • Examples of work involving multi-user workflows with complex data sets
  • Advanced skills in creating detailed and user-centered wireframes and user flows
  • Proficiency in planning, conducting, and analyzing comprehensive user research studies
  • Strong ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes
  • Expertise in leading usability tests and deriving impactful design insights
  • Advanced knowledge of maintaining consistent design systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for complex projects
  • Plan and conduct comprehensive user research studies and usability tests
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations
  • Develop and uphold design systems and ensure consistency across products
  • Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives
  • Drive the iterative design process based on user feedback and usability testing
  • Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and guidelines
