The company seeks a Senior Brand Strategy Manager to lead complex brand portfolios and drive end-to-end marketing strategies across top retail channels. This high-impact individual contributor role offers significant autonomy as an ecommerce expert.

You will develop high-impact brand marketing strategies for key accounts, lead SKU-level strategies with data-driven decisions, and influence traffic and conversion using Search Query Reports. Partner closely with merchants, channel leaders, and executives to unlock growth and capitalize on opportunities. Build relationships to optimize paid and organic performance across channels.

Requirements

  • Experience developing and owning high-impact brand marketing strategies for key and high-growth accounts, driving clear ROI and measurable business outcomes
  • Experience leading end-to-end brand and SKU-level strategy, identifying priority opportunities and making smart, data-driven investment decisions
  • Experience acting as a trusted eCommerce expert, influencing traffic, conversion, and channel strategy while partnering cross-functionally to unlock growth
  • Experience building strong internal and external relationships, collaborating with channel leaders and merchants to capitalize on new programs and exclusivity opportunities
  • Experience mentoring peers and driving process and reporting improvements that scale impact and elevate overall team performance
