The Marketing Director owns the target clinician mindset and drives growth by translating product value to healthcare professionals. Develop marketing initiatives with deep product understanding, core values, and data-driven decisions. Ideal candidate is motivated by mission-driven work and team collaboration.

Collaborate with VP of Revenue and cross-functional leads on B2C and B2B strategies. Lead experimentation across channels, own positioning, and foster community. Become the internal expert on clinicians through empathy and insights.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree, Masters or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a marketing or marketing-related role
- 4+ years of experience in a management role
- Passion for the industry and our mission; motivated by redefining medical education
- Fluency in the digital landscape, knowing levers at different stages of clinician’s journey
- Desire to drive growth; data-driven and adept at working with numbers
- Editorial excellence, ensuring work is professional and engaging
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with VP of Revenue and cross-functional leads to create and execute B2C and B2B marketing roadmap driving brand awareness and revenue growth
- Map out and manage customer lifecycle from discovery to retention and reactivation
- Lead marketing and cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies across organic and paid channels through experimentation
- Own narrative for clinical roles, craft benefit-driven messaging, and streamline go-to-market for products and features
- Build and manage programs fostering community, referrals, and deeper connections with learners
- Become internal expert on clinicians, turning research into insights shaping communication and growth
- Elevate B2B narrative, sales enablement, and oversee partner marketing initiatives
- Track, measure, and deliver on performance of marketing initiatives with data-driven accountability
