The Learning Systems Administrator & Analyst supports the successful adoption and use of the Yardi Senior product suite. This role combines Learning Management System administration, learning analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. It improves onboarding, compliance training, learner engagement, and system adoption at scale.
Daily responsibilities center on administering the Yardi Aspire LMS with user management, learning assignments, and course structures. Developing dashboards and reports tracks engagement, compliance, and adoption metrics. Analysis of learner data reveals gaps and drives data-informed improvements.

Requirements
- Hands-on LMS expertise, preferably with Yardi Aspire
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for learning technology and a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience supporting instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning programs
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the Yardi Aspire LMS, including user management, learning assignments, reporting, course structures, and overall learner experience
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and learning analytics to monitor engagement, compliance, completion trends, and program effectiveness
- Analyze learner data and feedback to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to support scalable learning strategies and system enhancements
- Support instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning programs through LMS setup and operational coordination
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve learning effectiveness and business outcomes
- Continuously improve learning systems, reporting processes, and workflows while maintaining LMS best practices
