You will participate in developing and executing annual marketing initiatives like the 2026 strategy, partner content, web banners, and events, collaborating with the brand manager, assistant brand manager, and partner agencies. Contribute to optimizing digital marketing on the website, social networks, and newsletters. Create visual briefs and collaborate on content production with the graphic designer.
Propose creative ideas for the annual marketing calendar and maintain competitive intelligence tools to spot market trends. Present monthly analyses to the marketing and sales teams. Actively join internal and external meetings, including quarterly presentations and agency discussions, offering constructive feedback.

Requirements
- Available from September 8 to December 18, 2026, for a full-time 40h/week internship as part of university training in business administration (marketing concentration) or communication
- Proficient in French and English to communicate with Quebec units, English-speaking provinces, and US partners
- Have completed two or three previous internships
- Possess knowledge and interest for digital platforms
- Experience with WordPress and Canva (an asset)
- Known for sense of organization and ability to work effectively in a team
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and execution of annual marketing initiatives (2026 strategy, partner content, web banners, event planning) in collaboration with the brand manager, assistant brand manager, and partner agencies
- Contribute to optimizing digital marketing on platforms including website, social networks, and newsletters
- Participate in creating visual briefs and collaborate on content production with the graphic designer (texts, visuals, posting)
- Propose creative ideas integrated into the annual marketing calendar
- Maintain competitive intelligence tools, spot market trends, and present monthly analyses to the marketing and sales team
- Actively participate in internal and external meetings, including quarterly presentations and agency meetings, providing constructive feedback
