All Care Therapies delivers Physical, Occupational, Speech, and ABA therapy services through virtual, in-home, and clinic-based settings across California, Texas, and Nevada. As a Remote Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), provide occupational therapy to Spanish speaking clients remotely. Collaborate with licensed Occupational Therapists to assess, implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and guide clients via virtual platforms.

Deliver remote interventions including exercises, activities to help patients achieve goals and improve functional abilities. Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for independence and well-being. Maintain accurate patient records with progress notes while utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Active CA State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License or ability to apply
  • Experience in a clinic, private practice, hospital, or home health setting
  • Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform
  • Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+)
  • Strong experience in feeding, sensory, hand, emotional regulation and neurodiverse clients (preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish required

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote occupational therapy services, including exercises, activities, and interventions to help patients achieve goals and improve functional abilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and other documentation
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards and regulations, including HIPAA compliance for patient privacy
  • Utilize telehealth platforms and tools effectively to conduct remote therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with licensed Occupational Therapists to assess and implement treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and provide guidance through virtual platforms
