As the voice of GuestReady, deliver exceptional support via chat, phone, and email to create smooth, memorable guest experiences. Resolve guest issues related to check-in, check-out, cleaning, and maintenance while troubleshooting common technical issues like Wi-Fi resets. Ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French & English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a Plus
  • Based in Morocco with freelancer work eligibility
  • Experience in hospitality, customer support, or similar roles
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and independence
  • Confidence with remote work tools and digital platforms
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings/weekends when needed
