The Health & Wellbeing support services team connects with Medibank members to engage in discussions around health and wellbeing. This KPI-driven role emphasizes outbound member engagement via telehealth.

Deliver health screening assessments via telehealth to assist and empower members to identify clear actions for their health and wellbeing. Educate members about relevant Amplar Health and Medibank offerings. Permanent full-time and part-time (0.8-1.0 FTE) positions available with commencement dates on 17th, 22nd and 29th of June.

The service operates Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm, seeking clinicians for 12pm to 8pm shifts. Key requirements include Wednesday and Friday availability, fixed fortnightly roster set for 6 months. Training is virtual and conducted over 2 days.

Ideal candidates bring passion for customer service, empathy, and proactive mindset in a structured remote environment. Strong computer skills and ability to work to KPIs essential. Access to private distraction-free workspace and reliable high-speed internet required.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (Div 1) with current unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 2 years’ post qualification experience in Australia
  • Strong interpersonal skills displaying empathy and engaging phone manner
  • Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working to KPIs and targets
  • Ability to identify needs and match actions and service provision
  • Experience in applying active listening techniques in a customer service environment
  • Strong computer skills, including experience using multiple systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
