We are hiring a Senior Talent Engagement Coordinator to own interview coordination, candidate experience, and recruiting operations.
This person will schedule high-volume interviews across time zones while serving as the primary Greenhouse administrator. They will maintain workflows, permissions, tags, and data hygiene while building reports that track pipeline health and time-to-fill metrics. AI tools including Claude will be used daily to draft communications and document processes.

Requirements
- Proficiency administering Greenhouse or comparable ATS platforms
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude to automate workflows and reporting
- Strong ability to coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones
- Skill building dashboards and reports that surface recruiting metrics and pipeline trends
- Detail-oriented approach to data hygiene, process documentation, and template creation
- Clear written communication for managing candidate interactions throughout the hiring process
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews across time zones while preserving candidate experience
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver a consistent process from first screen to offer
- Serve as primary Greenhouse administrator by maintaining job posts, workflows, permissions, tags, and data hygiene
- Use AI tools including Claude to streamline workflows, draft communications, generate reports, and document processes
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness
- Document processes, create templates, and identify opportunities to improve recruiting systems
- Support offer letter generation, reference check coordination, and other operational recruiting tasks
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, communicating clearly and professionally at every stage
