About this role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a hands-on approach to executing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads). This role manages the full campaign lifecycle—from segmentation to scaling—driving performance through data analysis, testing, and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate has a strong data-driven mindset, analyzing key metrics such as CPL, CPA, and CTR.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate to identify insights. Design, build, and optimize landing pages with a focus on CRO and UX principles. Plan and execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and copy to maximize results.

Create and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio for KPI tracking and reporting. Work in a fast-paced remote environment requiring proactivity, autonomy, and adaptability. Leverage analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and attention to detail for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing Paid Media campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads), including campaign structure, segmentation, and budget allocation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Proven experience running A/B tests (creatives, audiences, copy) with an iterative improvement approach
  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages with a solid understanding of CRO, UX, and conversion principles
  • Proficiency in Looker Studio for reporting and dashboards
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and basic automations to streamline workflows
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Results-oriented mindset with proactivity and autonomy
