IPAR is a national occupational rehabilitation provider supporting thousands of people living with an illness, disability, or injury. Our care is tailored to each individual through workplace rehabilitation, counselling, injury prevention or finding new employment. We provide psychological or physical supports to help clients live life to its fullest potential.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, enjoy flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day with support from a strong team of healthcare professionals. Provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with physical and psychological conditions. Support return to health and return to work outcomes using clinical knowledge.

Requirements
- Professional background in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Osteopathy
- Interest in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector
- Clinical knowledge to support return to health and return to work outcomes
- Discipline specific allied health skills for assessments
- New graduates welcome
Responsibilities
- Manage caseloads with support from Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
- Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Partner collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
- Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
- Complete Functional Capacity Evaluations using clinical and discipline specific allied health skills
- Conduct Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
