Als Senior Performance Marketing Manager bei ADBAKER steuerst du 6- bis 7-stellige Paid Social Budgets für unterschiedliche Brands und entwickelst Strategien, die profitables Wachstum liefern. Meta und TikTok sind dein Spielfeld – Daten deine Entscheidungsgrundlage. Du testest, skalierst und optimierst entlang des gesamten Funnels.
Du verantwortest Paid Social Accounts mit klarem Fokus auf profitables Wachstum und denkst Performance entlang des gesamten Funnels – von der ersten Ad Impression bis zum Purchase. Du konzipierst, steuerst und optimierst Kampagnen auf Meta und TikTok. Du analysierst Kampagnen-, Funnel- und Shop-Daten wie Conversion Rates, CAC, MER.
Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden zusammen, berätst sie zu Performance-, Tracking- und eCommerce-Themen und präsentierst datenbasierte Empfehlungen. In Abstimmung mit dem Creative Team entwickelst du hypotheses-driven Briefings für Performance-Ziele. Iteration ist Daily Business: testest neue Ansätze, skalierst Gewinner basierend auf KPIs.

Requirements
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Performance Marketing (Meta & TikTok) with managed 6- to 7-figure Paid Social budgets focused on conversion-driven campaigns and profitable growth
- Plan, manage and scale campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and ideally TikTok, especially conversion and sales campaigns
- Strongly data-driven: Tracking, Attribution, KPI analyses and reporting as basis for every decision and optimization
- Familiar with common analysis tools and attribution models
- Understand impact of creatives in performance context, develop data-based hypotheses and target audiences along customer journey
- Confident and sovereign with clients, explain complex relations understandably and convince with data-based arguments
- Combine technical understanding with analytical thinking and sense for eCommerce business impact measures
Responsibilities
- Manage Paid Social accounts for various brands and steer 6- to 7-figure ad budgets with focus on profitable growth
- Develop data-driven strategies to scale revenue, ROAS and related KPIs across the full funnel
- Conceive, manage and optimize campaigns on Meta and TikTok ensuring short-term performance and long-term scalability
- Deeply analyze campaign, funnel and shop data (e.g. Conversion Rates, CAC, MER) to derive optimization measures for creatives, targeting and budget allocation
- Create reportings using tools like DatAds, analyze data and derive actions
- Collaborate closely with clients, advise on performance, tracking and eCommerce topics, present strategies and recommendations in meetings
- Develop hypotheses-driven briefings with Creative Team to align creatives with performance goals and funnel stages
- Systematically test new approaches, scale winners and continuously evolve strategies based on data and KPIs
