HVAC Dispatcher

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Minuteman Heating & AC are seeking a Service Dispatcher to serve as the main point of contact for assigning and routing HVAC Technicians and Plumbers. This mission-critical role requires remaining calm during stressful situations with excellent communication skills and extreme reliability. It includes some nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.

The primary role involves ensuring the right Tech or Plumber for the right job while managing the flow of information to and from technicians accurately and timely. Multi-tasking is essential, along with performing data entry for permits, reports, and more. Candidates must take appropriate action with little supervision.

This full-time, in-person position suits dependable individuals who are people-oriented and enjoy interacting on group projects. It fits those adaptable to frequent shifts in direction, detail-oriented, and thriving in high-pressure environments. Weekly pay ranges from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour.
