As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you’ll work side by side with your team to solve clients’ toughest business challenges. You’ll help public sector leaders deliver programs and services that improve outcomes for Canadians. Build strong relationships, dive deep into their business, and turn insights into practical solutions.

Your typical day involves shaping strategy, driving operational improvements, and delivering clear recommendations that enable decisions and make real impact. Help shape problem-solving approaches that accelerate decisions across large-scale government transformation programs. Lead development of high-quality, client-ready deliverables from interviews, workshops, and research.

Requirements

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain federal-level Reliability Security Clearance (requires minimum of five years of residency in Canada)
  • Located in the National Capital Region (Ottawa-Gatineau), with ability to work on-site or in hybrid model as required
  • Experience shaping strategy for public sector transformation programs
  • Proficiency in turning insights from interviews, workshops, and research into actionable recommendations
  • Knowledge of developing operating models, roadmaps, process maps, and KPI frameworks
  • Ability to support public sector priorities through scalable solutions
  • Strong facilitation skills for client workshops and stakeholder engagement
