Herself Health is on a mission to help women 50+ get more life out of life through specialized primary care. We solve rushed appointments, long wait times, and generalized care issues like menopause, bone density, and well-being. Our patient-centric clinics serve the Twin Cities metro and Eagan.

The Director of Demand Generation will own and scale the end-to-end demand generation engine. Drive new patient pipeline growth and optimize conversion across the funnel. Build a repeatable, data-driven acquisition strategy in a hands-on role.

Requirements

  • Strategic thought leader with passion for building and innovating demand generation
  • Hands-on experience scaling end-to-end demand generation engines
  • Proven ability to own paid media strategy and manage CAC targets
  • Expertise in analytics, attribution, and performance optimization
  • Data-driven mindset to build best practices and implement ideas collaboratively
  • Customer-first approach with experience connecting marketing to patient outcomes
  • Rigorous test-and-learn experience across paid channels
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets for patient acquisition goals

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full-funnel demand generation and paid media strategy, owning CAC, lead volume, and lead quality targets across all paid channels
  • Efficiently manage and deploy marketing dollars to deliver on new patient visit goals, shifting channel mix from lower-funnel-heavy to balanced push-pull
  • Execute a rigorous test-and-learn approach across creative, audience, channel, and offer variables
  • Build and manage campaign tracking and attribution infrastructure to establish true channel-level ROI visibility
  • Own CAC, lead volume, lead quality, and funnel conversion metrics across all paid channels
  • Connect top-of-funnel performance to downstream patient conversion and retention outcomes
  • Drive new patient pipeline growth and optimize conversion across the funnel
  • Develop a repeatable, data-driven acquisition strategy
