About this role

In this Customer Service Representative role you will be based in the Bristol office five days a week during probation before moving to a hybrid schedule. The position involves handling customer queries in a contact centre environment for financial services clients. You will speak directly with customers and use in-house IT systems to deliver support.

Each day brings a variety of telephone enquiries and you will face interesting challenges while maintaining high service quality. Shifts run Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.30pm with some bank holidays on rotation. A six-week training programme begins on 13 July 2026 and no leave is permitted during July and August.

After training you will work full-time in the office until probation is completed. Once probation ends you can work from home for part of the week provided you maintain at least three office days. The role requires a reliable home internet connection and is open to candidates within an hour of BS99 6ZZ.

Requirements

  • Fluent English language skills with strong verbal and written communication
  • Previous experience in delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a positive outlook and high energy
  • Proficiency in PC use including MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
