About this role
Build AI agents for text creation that fulfill customer linguistic requirements like tonality, gendering, and target audience addressing. Apply agent techniques, prompting, and possibly RAG methods. This freelance role starts ASAP, latest June 1st.
Translate customer requirements for text into agent flows and prompts. Write and optimize prompts for AI agents to iteratively improve output quality. Conduct ongoing quality assurance in coordination with marketing and IT teams.
Work with a team including PM, Marketer, AI Engineer, and Software Developer. Operate 100% remotely about 3 days per week. Occasional on-site presence in Munich once per month if possible.
Engage in a 3-5 month project with prospect of extension. Focus on practical GenAI application for linguistic optimization. Contribute to real-world AI text generation aligned with customer needs.
Requirements
- Practical experience in GenAI, prompting, with focus on LLM output optimization
- Strong linguistic skills to analyze texts
- Experience with text/language models
- Native German speaker
- Familiarity with agent flows for AI text generation
- Ability to handle customer-specific linguistic requirements like tonality and gendering
