About this role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Operations team at Marsh. This hybrid role is based in the Melbourne office with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. You will support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through accurate, efficient, and timely production of policy documentation across the insurance life cycle.
Supported with training via online learning modules, systems support from the Operations team, and 1:1 on-the-job learning, you will drive standardization of processes and procedures. This includes providing legally compliant work to clients and entering accurate information into Marsh IT applications for analytical statistics. You will also assist in upskilling non-client facing operations colleagues with product and client knowledge.
Act as a connector between Broking and Operations to foster collaboration and deliver optimal client solutions. Acquire and maintain understanding of clients' business and insurance needs, ensuring relevant information is noted and acted upon. Support effective working relationships with clients and insurers while seeking opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

Requirements
- High School Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance-related field
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines through effective time management
- Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results, capable of working autonomously as well as being a team player
Responsibilities
- Act as a connector between Broking and Operations, fostering collaboration to deliver optimal client solutions

- Ensure timely and accurate production of client transactions, including invoices, policy documentation, and renewal reports

- Maintain accurate records on all clients and adhere to the Company's quality practices and compliance policies
- Drive standardization of processes and procedures under the umbrella of operations
- Provide legally compliant work to the client and enter accurate information into all Marsh IT Applications
