This newly shaped senior role reports to the Head of Farm Services. Blend technical expertise, advisory capability, and relationship leadership. Partner directly with farming network to drive on-farm performance, milk quality, and sustainability outcomes across Australia.
Working remotely (VIC or NSW based), be highly visible across the network on farm and in the field. Collaborate with teams across the global business. Strengthen supply chain and support farmer success.
Committed to building a more sustainable future for the industry. Work closely with farmers at the heart of everything. Lead positive change across the dairy landscape as the company grows globally.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in dairy farming
- Advisory capability for on-farm performance
- Relationship leadership with farming networks
- Knowledge of milk quality standards
- Understanding of sustainable dairy practices
- Experience in Australian dairy supply chain
- Ability to work remotely in VIC or NSW
- Familiarity with global dairy operations
