About this role

Tesco India is hiring an Associate - Tech Support for a hybrid role in Bengaluru. Accountable for probing, triaging, and dispatching jobs to the right person with the right skills using tools via phone or emails. This full-time permanent position supports store operations effectively.

Handle inbound and outbound calls within critical metrics daily. Probe issues, analyze root causes, and handle first-level resolutions. Dispatch jobs ensuring the right technician arrives at the right time for stores.
