Responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to fulfill customer orders from submission through implementation within prescribed time frames. Ensures objectives and client expectations are met while working under supervision and accountable for individual results. Focuses on order fulfillment efficiency and client satisfaction.
Works closely with field technicians, managing documentation, tickets, and communications via chat, typing, and text platforms. Schedules deliverables, provides hourly site updates, and ensures technicians are prepared through confirmation calls. Coordinates materials purchase with accurate purchase orders following policies.
Maintains productivity by meeting KPI goals, escalates issues, and keeps management and clients informed on status and changes via approval processes. Operates in a night shift hybrid setup at Ortigas, Pasig City, with flexibility for overtime and holidays. Embraces operating principles like owning customer experience, winning as a team, and supporting inclusion.
Requirements
- Ability to use various systems
- Proficiency in documentation and ticket management
- Ability to multitask and communicate through chat, typing, and text messaging platforms
- Comfortable making phone calls to field technicians for confirmations
- Familiarity with change order approval processes
- Capable of meeting KPI goals and maintaining productivity levels
- Flexible with night shift schedule, overtime, and work on holidays
- Amenable to temporary hybrid work setup
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external resources to fulfill customer orders from submission through implementation
- Work closely with field technicians

- Multitask and communicate through different platforms including chat, typing, and text messaging
- Schedule implementation deliverables, milestones, and required tasks ensuring approvals and uploads within 24 hours
- Provide ongoing site updates hourly and adhere to client deadlines for scheduling
- Ensure field resources are on time and prepared by completing confirmation/preparation phone calls to technicians
- Coordinate purchase and delivery of materials needed including creating accurate purchase orders
