Aldrich CPAs and Advisors is looking for an International Tax Manager. The position involves working closely with clients in a variety of industries, including those with multinational operations and cross-border investments. You'll dive into complex international tax matters and offer strategic guidance with partner oversight and support.
This role provides client service, relationship management, and consulting services focused on international tax compliance and planning. Serve as the international tax expert coordinating all aspects of the client’s global tax relationship. Advise on cross-border structuring, U.S. foreign reporting, and tax implications of international operations.
This client-facing position requires excellent communication skills, enjoying interacting and building client relationships, and providing timely high-quality deliverables. Requirements
- 5+ years recent experience in public accounting with a primary focus on tax, including international tax experience
- Experience with U.S. international tax reporting and cross-border tax issues
- Ability to supervise others
- Successful completion of the CPA exam, licensed CPA, JD, or EA
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan service delivery to clients, including conducting review meetings with a focus on international tax matters
- Participate in the creation and development of processes and infrastructure designed to support international clients and cross-border engagements
- Advise clients on international tax structuring as they expand operations across borders
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including international compliance and reporting requirements
- Lead new client prospecting, design presentations, and support closing meetings with emphasis on international services
- Develop and mentor staff and seniors through training and effective performance feedback
- Manage risk and financial performance of engagements including billings, collections, and project budgets
