We’re seeking a detail-oriented, motivated FP&A Intern to join the Finance team this summer. The role supports reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and ad hoc projects. It reports to the Senior Director of Finance.
Daily tasks include streamlining KPI reporting by building dashboards in Sigma for better accuracy and efficiency. Interns support the Capital Spending Manager on recurring reports and analysis. They also partner with accounting and operations to enhance financial reporting quality.
Contribute to budgeting by improving planning and review of revenue and expense items. Handle ad hoc analysis requests from the business. Build knowledge of revenue drivers, expense drivers, accounting concepts, and Finance processes while contributing to documentation.

Requirements
- Detail-oriented approach to financial tasks
- Motivated to support reporting and analysis
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and dashboards
- Basic understanding of budgeting and variance analysis
- Analytical skills for KPI reporting and ad hoc projects
- Familiarity with financial reporting processes
Responsibilities
- Assist in streamlining KPI reporting by building and enhancing dashboards in Sigma to improve data accuracy and efficiency
- Support the Capital Spending Manager with recurring reporting and detailed analytical projects
- Contribute to ad hoc analysis requests that arise from the business during the summer period
- Support the budgeting process by improving how specific revenue and expense items are planned and reviewed
- Partner with accounting and operations to gather inputs and improve the quality of financial reporting
- Build working knowledge of revenue and expense drivers, accounting concepts, and Finance processes, and contribute to documentation
