Serve as strategic partner guiding compliance, accreditation, and continuous improvement across nursing programs. Monitor regulatory requirements, co-lead accreditation processes with the Dean, and prepare self-studies for CCNE, ACEN, and state boards. Strengthen curriculum alignment with licensure standards using student performance data.

Promote culture of ethics and accountability while supporting students and faculty through licensure, background checks, and credentialing. Build partnerships with clinical partners for quality placements and ensure simulation experiences meet standards. Mentor as resource for accreditation and compliance navigation.

Oversee quality improvement, track metrics like retention, graduation, and NCLEX outcomes, translating data into actionable enhancements. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Nursing (Doctorate preferred)
  • 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience
  • Experience monitoring regulatory requirements in nursing education
  • Knowledge of accreditation processes (CCNE, ACEN, state boards)
  • Expertise in nursing licensure and compliance standards
  • Ability to interpret student performance data for program improvement
  • Collaborative leadership in academic and clinical partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements at the federal, state, and local levels
  • Recommend and implement policy updates to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Co-lead accreditation processes (CCNE, ACEN, state boards) alongside the Dean of Nursing
  • Prepare self-studies, reports, and documentation for program reviews
  • Ensure curriculum remains current, evidence-based, and aligned with licensure standards
  • Guide compliance processes related to licensure, background checks, and clinical readiness
  • Oversee continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Track key metrics like retention, graduation, and NCLEX outcomes
