Report to the Distribution Network Manager for Cheese and Fruit categories. Measure logistics performance using KPIs, dashboards, and trends analysis. Improve operations by controlling transporters, 3PL partners, and suppliers while handling client complaints.

Pilot governance through weekly operational meetings, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly strategic sessions with 3PL. Support commercial negotiations, market studies, RFPs for distribution and transport. Implement new flows and processes with partners.

Requirements

  • Experience measuring logistics performance with KPIs and dashboards
  • Knowledge of 3PL partner management and transporter performance control
  • Analytical skills for root cause analysis and action plan development
  • Ability to prepare and animate performance meetings with logistics partners
  • Proficiency in optimizing distribution costs and operational processes
  • Familiarity with supply chain governance and RFP processes in food distribution
  • Strong presentation skills for structured results and recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy piloting tools and dashboards to track KPIs, identify trends, and communicate to stakeholders
  • Measure and control performance of transporters and key logistics suppliers including 3PL and packaging providers
  • Build and implement action plans to optimize KPIs and operational costs, providing recommendations
  • Handle client and internal complaints related to compliance and on-time delivery, conduct root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions
  • Support weekly operational meetings and lead monthly performance reviews with 3PL
  • Prepare for quarterly strategic meetings and support commercial negotiations by comparing costs and making counter-proposals
  • Organize market studies and RFPs for distribution logistics and transport
  • Lead logistics productivity roadmap and cost reduction projects
