Requirements

Licensed (or eligible) to practice Optometry in the state where you'll practice
Minimum 1 year clinical experience
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
Proficiency with teleoptometry platforms and remote diagnostic equipment
Strong clinical judgment and ability to interpret diagnostic data in real time
Commitment to delivering empathetic, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

Perform complete eye exams via high-definition video and real-time diagnostic feeds
Engage directly with patients during exams, leading with professionalism and warmth
Deliver warm, high-quality care through expert exams and treatment
Educate and empower patients on eye health and prevention
Lead with compassion and build a positive, patient-first culture
Collaborate with trained on-site technicians who manage in-office patient support
