Requirements

Active independent licensure as a mental health therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)
Experience providing psychotherapy via telehealth platforms
Ability to build long-term therapeutic relationships with clients
Comfortable working in a patient-centered care model
Skills in individual therapy for mental health challenges
Familiarity with tele-therapy best practices and ethics
Capacity to manage caseloads flexibly (part-time or full)
Commitment to collaborative clinical consultation

Responsibilities

Develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy
Help clients overcome mental health challenges and forge better relationships

Consult with clinical director and regional team regularly for support and feedback
Connect with therapists across the country using Clinician Connect platform
Collaborate with care-team for advice, institutional knowledge, and continued feedback
Allow WellQor to handle credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, customer service, and administrative services
Participate in company events and receive opportunities for CEU sponsorship
