Learning and Development Executive Intern - Remote

MTC seeks a dedicated Learning and Development Executive Part-Time Consultant to support training initiatives for the engineering team. This remote position offers flexibility and focuses on designing effective training programs. Ideal candidates have passion for engineering and strong communication skills.

Daily tasks include implementing e-learning methods and online training on the platform. Create new course and workshop templates while analyzing organizational and individual development needs. Arrange meetings to gather insights on training ideas.

Collaborate closely with managers, mentors, HR, senior engineers, and trainers. Coordinate training sessions, schedule events, and provide administrative support like tracking attendance and reports. Respond to engineering staff inquiries on training opportunities.

Assess success of development plans and assist employees in learning opportunities. Help mentors with career pathing for team members. Stay up-to-date on new L&D techniques and industry information.
