We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems, AUTOSAR Classic, and ADAS applications. This role involves technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration with customers and internal teams.

You will drive high-quality software delivery in ASPICE-regulated environments while mentoring engineers and influencing project-level technical direction. Lead the design, development, and integration of embedded automotive software. Own and architect AUTOSAR Classic solutions, including BSW stack configuration, SWC architecture, and RTE optimization.

Drive development of ADAS features with multi-sensor systems like camera, radar, lidar, and ultrasonic. Perform advanced debugging, performance analysis, and root-cause investigations. Act as a technical interface to customers and project stakeholders while guiding junior engineers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a SW Embedded Engineer or similar positions
  • Expert-level C/C++ embedded development experience
  • Deep hands-on expertise in AUTOSAR Classic: BSW modules, SWC design, RTE configuration and optimization
  • Strong experience in ADAS systems and sensor integration
  • Advanced debugging and analysis skills
  • Strong understanding of ASPICE processes and quality frameworks
  • Proficiency in version control, code reviews, and CI/CD practices
  • Experience influencing architecture and technical strategy

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and integration of embedded automotive software
  • Own and architect AUTOSAR Classic solutions, including BSW stack configuration, SWC architecture, and RTE optimization
  • Drive development of ADAS features, including multi-sensor systems (camera, radar, lidar, ultrasonic)
  • Perform advanced debugging, performance analysis, and root-cause investigations
  • Define and review software architecture, coding standards, and best practices
  • Ensure full compliance with ASPICE, including reviews, audits, and process improvement
  • Guide and mentor junior and entry-level engineers
  • Act as a technical interface to customers and project stakeholders
