Your day-to-day involves drafting compliant work instructions, centralizing documents across factories, validating data in SAP, and preparing PowerPoint training materials. Work ensures organizational coherence and reliable information. Occasionally animate training sessions as needed.

Requirements

  • Available from September 8 to December 18 for a full-time 40h/week internship as part of university studies in environment, business administration, or related field
  • Demonstrate team spirit, communication skills, great intellectual curiosity, and high level of autonomy
  • Master the Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of SAP (an asset)
  • Master French and possess intermediate English level sufficient to read and understand documents in both languages and communicate with Quebec, anglophone provinces, and US units and partners

Responsibilities

  • Draft work instructions associated with different certification programs ensuring their compliance and clarity
  • Centralize and harmonize common work instructions across multiple factories to ensure organizational consistency
  • Perform data validations using SAP to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of information
  • Prepare and assemble training documents using PowerPoint, and as needed, animate training sessions
