Requirements
- Self-driven with experience architecting automated systems for firmware
- Expertise in RTOS-based embedded systems testing
- Proficiency in programmatic validation of connectivity stacks (Cellular, GPS, BLE, WiFi, CAN)
- Skills in scaling CI/CD pipelines and automation infrastructure
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on automation failures
- Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments
- Strong data analysis for driving product excellence
Responsibilities
- Partner with firmware development and product teams to define automation goals, expand coverage, and ensure high-velocity, high-integrity firmware releases
- Develop and execute comprehensive automated suites targeting RTOS-based embedded systems
- Programmatically validate connectivity stacks including Cellular, GPS, BLE, WiFi, and CAN
- Scale automation infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and reporting tools to accelerate release cycles
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis on failures identified through automated tests
- Orchestrate Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments for system validation
- Cultivate automation-first culture across product development teams
