Requirements

Self-driven with experience architecting automated systems for firmware
Expertise in RTOS-based embedded systems testing
Proficiency in programmatic validation of connectivity stacks (Cellular, GPS, BLE, WiFi, CAN)
Skills in scaling CI/CD pipelines and automation infrastructure
Ability to perform root cause analysis on automation failures
Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments
Strong data analysis for driving product excellence

Responsibilities

Partner with firmware development and product teams to define automation goals, expand coverage, and ensure high-velocity, high-integrity firmware releases
Develop and execute comprehensive automated suites targeting RTOS-based embedded systems
Programmatically validate connectivity stacks including Cellular, GPS, BLE, WiFi, and CAN
Scale automation infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and reporting tools to accelerate release cycles
Perform in-depth root cause analysis on failures identified through automated tests
Orchestrate Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments for system validation
Cultivate automation-first culture across product development teams
