Join our fast-paced engagement to build and deliver a production-ready, AI-driven solution as a Senior Python, React & AI Engineer located in Latin America. You will expand our amazing roster with hands-on development in Python, React, and AI workflows. Potential for long-term collaboration awaits based on performance.

Collaborate with US-based teams, requiring Central Time overlap, in client-facing roles within Agile/Scrum environments. Ship production-ready code quickly using AI-assisted tools like Claude Code or Codex. Work on APIs, data pipelines, and LLM integrations in a dynamic setting.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in software engineering (backend or full-stack roles)
Strong proficiency in Python (core requirement)
Solid experience with React
Hands-on experience building APIs and data pipelines
Experience working with LLMs or AI-driven workflows
Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in client-facing roles
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
