About this role

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a seasoned SAP Asset/Project Systems Specialist with over 10 years of professional experience to join our team. You will lead the implementation and management of SAP asset and project systems. This is a fully remote position.

Manage all tasks in the development cycle for asset and project systems within SAP, including business process definition, configuration, unit testing, user testing support, training, post-live support, and ongoing enhancements. Design and implement comprehensive solutions that optimize asset management processes, project tracking, and reporting.

Mentor and lead teams responsible for high-impact project implementations aimed at enhancing functionality and efficiency for major international clients. Work closely with cross-functional teams to architect robust solutions that fulfill complex project and asset management objectives, ensuring seamless integration with other financial systems.

Deliver high-level advisory services in SAP asset and project systems, applying extensive industry knowledge to advise clients on best practices. Facilitate user training on new systems and processes while managing stakeholder communication, tracking progress, assessing risks, and adjusting strategies for successful outcomes.

Requirements

Over 10 years of professional experience in SAP asset and project systems
Seasoned expertise in leading implementation and management of SAP asset and project systems
Strong knowledge of SAP development cycle including business process definition, configuration, testing, and enhancements
Experience designing SAP solutions for asset management, project tracking, and reporting
Proven ability to mentor teams on high-impact SAP project implementations
Background in advisory services for SAP asset and project systems best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive data analysis and generate reports to support key decision-making in project performance and asset utilization
Develop and implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure the system's integrity and the accuracy of asset and project data
