We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (DevOps) to join our Infrastructure team. You will be a key contributor to the evolution of our Kubernetes-based platform. Take the lead on major infrastructure initiatives that multiply the effectiveness of the entire engineering organization.

As a senior member, you will be responsible for the technical execution and reliable delivery of critical systems. Own the lifecycle of our most vital platforms that underpin all services. Work with highly available distributed systems across multiple regions.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering
Knowledge of cloud service providers and high-availability distributed systems design
Technologies: AWS (IAM, VPC, Route53, EKS), Azure, or GCP; Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Helm, Crossplane and Service Meshes like Istio or Linkerd
Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
Terraform proficiency including module design, state management, provider upgrades
Solid AWS knowledge: EKS, IAM, VPC networking, Route53, CloudFront, multi-account
Experience with secrets management: HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Cert Manager

Responsibilities

Contribute to the evolution of our Kubernetes-based platform
Lead major infrastructure initiatives that multiply engineering organization effectiveness
Execute technical delivery and ensure reliable operation of critical systems
Own the lifecycle of vital platforms underpinning all services
Architect and maintain production-grade container clusters and microservices at scale
Automate manual toil and build internal platform tools with clean code
Manage multi-account, multi-region AWS infrastructure with Terraform
