Network Technician - Remote

As a Network Technician at Pomeroy, you will coordinate with field engineers and vendors for installation activities. You will understand and troubleshoot IP networks, support circuit installation execution, and perform basic troubleshooting. Using ServiceNow, you will monitor and update installation tasks.

Your daily tasks involve performing basic configuration and validation activities in Cisco Meraki environments. You will ensure timely updates and communication during installation activities, coordinating closely with remote teams. This role requires a solid understanding of remote network installation and support processes.

You will work alongside field engineers and vendors, collaborating to execute installations efficiently.
