DWW Akademie is a modern educational institution specializing in further education and integration of migrants into the German labor market. We are currently seeking an expert in financial accounting who can explain complex topics clearly and enjoys imparting practical knowledge in a hands-on manner.

The course 'Financial, Balance Sheet and Payroll Accountant with AI and Integration into the German Labor Market' takes place entirely online. You will conduct the financial accounting module, teaching in German to participants with B1-B2 language level, with sessions held from 9:00 to 12:30.

You will support the teaching team in updating and aligning course materials with learning objectives. Collaboration with coordinators, mentors, and other instructors is key, and you will assist participants in understanding the content within the online learning environment.

This role offers the chance to strengthen your personal brand through online events and social media engagement. There are career advancement opportunities, including the possibility to become a dean and lead the faculty, and you can participate in webinars and live broadcasts to build your expertise.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or as a tax consultant in German companies.
University degree or vocational training in accounting, finance, or business administration.
Proficient in using DATEV.
Interest in teaching.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in understandable language.

Responsibilities

Conduct the financial accounting module within the course.
