About this role

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care offers a holistic approach for people with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities. Our clinical team works a hybrid work from home schedule. You will be responsible for day-to-day case management of assigned clinical cases.

Create appropriate programming for clients based on initial and ongoing evaluations and client needs using best ethical practices. Lead and mentor technicians on individual patient plan implementation and quality of treatment. Meet with treatment staff to assist in case management and staff training.

Conduct client assessments and design treatment programs aligned with policies and organizational philosophy. Oversee accurate records, client notes, data, and reports. Exercise discretion in managing client services and supervision of treatment protocols.

Encourage parent training for relevant treatment techniques and attend IEP meetings with recommendations. Maintain certification through CEUs and attend required trainings. Reports directly to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university in accordance with BACB guidelines
  • BCaBA certification from the BACB, in good standing
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable
  • 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred
  • Crisis management experience is preferred
  • Travel to in-homes and local clinics

Responsibilities

  • Create appropriate programming for the client based upon results from initial and ongoing evaluations
  • Maintain clinical requirements for client supervision based upon guidelines from insurance or community mental health organizations
  • Lead and mentor technicians on individual patient plan implementation and quality of treatment
  • Meet with treatment staff to assist in case management and staff continuing training and development
  • Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and design treatment programs
  • Oversee and maintain accurate and organized records, client notes, data, and reports
  • Encourage and engage parents and/or caretakers in parent training for relevant treatment techniques
  • Prepare and attend client educational meetings such as IEPs and develop treatment recommendations
