About this role

Seeking a hands-on Architect cum Technical Lead with experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices, AWS, and AI/GenAI skills. Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native backend services and APIs. Focus on performance, scalability, and security in hybrid environment.

Design and develop robust backend services using Java. Utilize AWS services to build and manage scalable, secure RESTful APIs. Implement microservices architecture to support modular and maintainable applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps and front-end developers to deliver integrated solutions. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Engage with product managers and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and security compliance. Leverage experience in AI/GenAI use cases with models like Claude, GPT, GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

Design and develop robust backend services using Java with focus on performance, scalability, and security
