SAP S/4 Finance Functional Analyst - Remote

We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance Functional Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimization of global Central Finance and core US finance solutions. This role is part of our S/4HANA migration and ongoing transformation. It enables real-time financial replication from multiple source systems into S/4HANA for accurate reporting.

Day-to-day work involves designing SAP S/4HANA Central Finance solutions and configuring SLT for real-time data replication. Analysts map and harmonize financial data from source systems while configuring FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO components. They lead business process analysis workshops and maintain mapping rules for financial objects.

Collaboration occurs in global multi-system landscapes, ensuring data integrity, reconciliation, and AIF monitoring. Support testing cycles, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases. Work with teams at Penguin Random House national headquarters in New York City.

This position offers involvement in finance transformation, providing user training and documentation. Open to remote US candidates working Eastern Time. Salary range is $120,000 - $140,000 with profit award or bonus eligibility.
