PurposeCare is Bringing Healthcare Home and seeks a qualified Clinical Supervisor (RN) to assist in leading a team caring for clients in your local area. Provide leadership, direction, and support to caregivers serving the community's most vulnerable. PurposeCare provides home-based care to over 3,000 clients monthly using excellent caregivers and innovative technology.

Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel. Supervise and direct professional administrative personnel while helping with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care. Assure the quality and safe delivery of home health services through the organization.

Requirements

Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
Two years of management experience in a home health or related healthcare organization
Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel
Ability to coordinate and oversee direct and indirect patient services
Knowledge of home health service delivery and quality assurance
Experience providing clinical guidance to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
