The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine's Department of Family & Community Medicine seeks a full-time Financial Analyst. Monitor, analyze, and report on financial data with guidance from supervisors. Advance health for underserved patients through primary care research and innovative care.
Track financial performance, identify variances from budgets, and perform budget analysis. Calculate monthly compensation for providers, reconcile invoices with budgets, and process transactions in Concur and Pace systems. Communicate status updates and issues to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Understanding of university financial policies to apply to transactions and provide guidance
- Ability to assist in development and input of financial transactions into university systems
- Residence in OH/IN/KY tri-state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus
- Ability to report to campus as required
- Familiarity with financial monitoring, analysis, and reporting processes
- Knowledge of budget reconciliation and variance identification
Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret financial data in the development of cost analysis and reports
- Prepare financial, data, and statistical analysis reports
- Track financial performance and identify variances from the budgets
- Perform budget analysis and assist in the development of budgetary forecasts
- Communicate financial status updates and issues to stakeholders
- Calculate monthly compensation for providers in assigned divisions
- Reconcile invoices and payments with budgets and agreements
- Process various transactions in both Concur and Pace systems
