Requirements

Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and backend development.
Proficiency in writing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration).
Experience with code review practices and version control (Git).
Ability to design and model databases (SQL).
Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Practical and results-oriented mindset, valuing simplicity and agility.
Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA.

Responsibilities

Develop medium-complexity experiments and features with autonomy.
Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and other tests to ensure software quality.
Conduct code reviews of peers to improve quality and share knowledge.
Contribute to system analysis and design, participating in architecture, data modeling, and technology selection discussions.
Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following best programming practices.
Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other stakeholders to align expectations and ensure value delivery.
Apply AI in the development process.
