Requirements

  • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and backend development.
  • Proficiency in writing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration).
  • Experience with code review practices and version control (Git).
  • Ability to design and model databases (SQL).
  • Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Practical and results-oriented mindset, valuing simplicity and agility.
  • Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop medium-complexity experiments and features with autonomy.
  • Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and other tests to ensure software quality.
  • Conduct code reviews of peers to improve quality and share knowledge.
  • Contribute to system analysis and design, participating in architecture, data modeling, and technology selection discussions.
  • Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following best programming practices.
  • Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other stakeholders to align expectations and ensure value delivery.
  • Apply AI in the development process.
