Unlike other online providers, clinical therapists are one member of a team, collaborating with peers and a Clinical Director. Clinicians enjoy full support of a treatment team and security of W-2 employment. Patients benefit from the full attention of a robust clinical organization.

You'll develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy and define your own availability to fit your lifestyle. Consult regularly with your clinical director and regional team for support and feedback. Connect with therapists across the country using our Clinician Connect platform.

WellQor handles credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, and customer service on your behalf. Participate in company events and receive opportunities for CEU sponsorship. Expect to feel loved, appreciated, and supported in our team-oriented culture.

Requirements

Active state license as a mental health therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)
Experience delivering therapy via telehealth platforms
Ability to provide individual therapy sessions remotely
Proficiency in building long-term therapeutic relationships
Comfortable collaborating with clinical teams for case consultation
Knowledge of evidence-based mental health interventions
