About this role
Manage and administer corporate endpoint security solutions in a global environment, ensuring tools are deployed, configured, and monitored effectively. Administer policies, rules, and standards for endpoints across multinational locations. Provide support for agent installations and failures, including vendor escalations.
Interact closely with SOC, vulnerability management, infrastructure, and desktop support teams to handle incidents and remediation. Support investigations of endpoint security incidents like DLP alerts, malware, and policy violations. Collaborate with SIEM teams to analyze alerts, vulnerabilities, and endpoint trends.
Diagnose complex issues in endpoints, servers, software, and communication devices. Ensure identified issues, risks, and non-conformities are reported, monitored, and resolved effectively. Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual security reports.
Support audits, penetration tests, and remediation tracking while maintaining clear documentation for tools, automation, and processes. Collaborate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and improve solutions. Stay updated on emerging security tools, automation approaches, and best practices in a global security organization.
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience in a global corporate security operations environment
- More than 5 years of practical experience with endpoint security technologies
- Experience operating security tools in multinational environments with multiple locations and large offices
- Practical experience with DLP (Microsoft 365 Compliance DLP, Palo Alto DLP)
- Practical experience with Antimalware/EDR (Palo Alto Cortex/Azure KQL), NAC, IDS/IPS
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms and security logging/monitoring
- Experience with ServiceNow, Atlassian, or similar ITSM tools
- Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual security reports
