Review functional specifications and designs using AI-assisted analysis to spot edge cases early in the SDLC. Work with developers to prototype test suites via AI-powered IDEs like Cursor or Augment. Design, execute tests, and maintain Playwright/Locust frameworks with LLMs for optimization.
Juniper Square offers fully remote to full-time office work across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We invest heavily in digital-first operations for effective team collaboration. Physical offices exist in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
Advocate for automation and AI-driven test generation to reduce manual efforts. Contribute best practices on ethical AI use in QA workflows. Develop strategies for LLM features, including prompt regression testing and behavioral drift detection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in testing web applications
- Experience with automation frameworks like Playwright and Locust
- Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Augment) for test authoring, debugging, and maintenance
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks for LLM-powered features, including prompt regression testing
- Detail oriented with passion for product quality and end user experience
Responsibilities
- Review functional specifications and technical design documents, providing meaningful feedback and using AI-assisted analysis to identify edge cases
- Work closely with development teams to identify test cases for automation and leverage AI-powered IDEs like Cursor to prototype test suites
- Design, develop, and execute test cases against product features and backend systems
- Maintain and extend automation frameworks (Playwright/Locust) by utilizing LLMs for code refactoring and reducing flaky tests
- Develop automated test result reports and highlight potential quality risks
- Identify, troubleshoot, and track bugs to resolution using AI tools for root cause analysis
- Advocate for automation by recommending AI-driven solutions to decrease manual efforts
- Contribute to testing strategies for AI-powered features, including validation of LLM outputs and edge cases
