About this role

GFN GmbH is an IT-specialized education provider supporting individuals in Germany with professional development and reorientation. We are seeking Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT) for multi-week virtual online live instruction in the subsidized education sector, on a freelance or permanent basis.

You will teach one or more Microsoft certification tracks, including Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), Azure Solutions (AZ-900, AZ-104), and Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900). Additional topics include Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Microsoft Teams Administration, and Microsoft 365 workload configuration.

Requirements

Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with current relevant certifications.
Teaching experience in adult education, ideally in the subsidized education sector (proof required).
Completed vocational training in IT or a completed degree in IT.
Willingness to continuously learn and update skills.
Good English language skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver virtual online live instruction on Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) and Azure cloud solutions (AZ-900, AZ-104).
Teach Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).
Provide training on Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800, AZ-801).
Lead courses on Microsoft Teams Administration and M365 workloads configuration, deployment and management (MS-700).
Instruct on Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) and Administrator Expert (MS-102).
Teach general Microsoft Windows Server topics.
Adapt teaching to the subsidized education sector (geförderter Bildungsbereich) using provided materials.
