About this role
Merakey is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its high-volume hiring workflow by hiring hourly positions in an expedited manner. This role demands strong knowledge and expertise in candidates' backgrounds needed to fit the position. Leverage ATS tools and assessments to narrow down top talent quickly while providing outstanding candidate care with a strong sense of urgency.
Assist in sourcing, pre-screening via automation, and presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for on-site interviews. Manage large funnels of high-volume applicants, ensuring data integrity in the ATS. Proactively build active pipelines from ATS, job boards, referrals, agencies, LinkedIn, and other outlets.
Manage personal recruitment assignments against enterprise recruiting performance goals. Provide an excellent candidate experience from start to finish. Identify efficiencies, courageously reach out to operations to resolve delays and bottlenecks in the hiring process.
Test and implement new ways of working to expedite high-volume hiring. Requirements
- Ability to manage high candidate application flows and move qualified talent through the high-volume hiring workflow in a fast and effective manner
- Ability to manage recruiting process for multiple vacancies while ensuring data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System
- Demonstrated agility and ability to balance multiple competing priorities while hitting key deadlines
- Strong knowledge and expertise in candidates' backgrounds needed to fit hourly positions
- Expertise in leveraging ATS tools and assessments to identify top talent
- Outstanding candidate care with a strong sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Assist in the high-volume hiring process by sourcing, pre-screening via automation, and presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for on-site interviews
